Linda Hoy

Linda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1996 and has been practicing on the North Shore since 1998.

Through the past 10 years she has taken post graduate studies in modalities such as Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and Deep Tissue Release, applying them within her treatments to achieve optimal results.

Linda believes that massage therapy is not only an effective and non-invasive treatment of soft tissue injuries, but can also play an integral role in the maintenance of one’s overall wellbeing.

Shauna Gwaltney

Shauna graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006 and has practiced on the North Shore ever since.

She believes that massage therapy can enhance an individual's overall sense of well being and improve their quality of life. Shauna's experience with her patients has shown her that massage is beneficial as a preventative measure against many problems such as stress-related conditions, tension and repetitive strain.

Shauna has experience with various repetitive injuries, postural imbalances and stress-related conditions such as migraine, headaches and chronic tension. She uses Swedish Massage as a base treatment and incorporates a variety of techniques to tailor the treatment to the individual patient. She also has certificates in Shiatsu Massage and Basic Lymph Drainage.
